Why does the Blog Exist?
The current state of health is getting worse every year. Yet there are medical breakthroughs happening almost every week.
This doesn’t make sense.
This is why the blog exists: to prioritize knowledge. There’s an information overload and people get paralyzed not knowing what to do.
The research papers are dry and hard to understand. Dad Explains Health’s blog breaks down complex and hard to understand subjects into easy bite sized chunks.
If you have just one takeaway and implement it in your life that’s a huge win for us. We are glad to help you.
Meet Dad who Explains Health:
Founder, Szilard Jancso
Hey, Szilard here. I’m a stay at home dad. With my lovely wife we are raising our daughter. After she was born we both decided to stay home.
Before Petra was born I got used to the fast paced life. From time to time I’m craving it. It’s a like an itch you need to scratch. This is why I’ve turned to writing. I love to think that through the articles I can help people live better lives.
Our little one is teaching us something new every day. Here’s my way of giving back by creating fun and interesting articles that educate and entertain you.
My wife is a Pediatric Resident and helps decoding medical jargon. After our little one goes to sleep, we start researching health related issues (luckily she goes down early).
Meet the Medical Team
Thanks to the medical team’s reviews our articles are up to date and accurate. They go through every article and check facts and give the OK before we hit the publish button. Without the help of doctors and medical advisors we couldn’t deliver the highest quality possible. It’s important for us to give you the best advice that we possibly can.
Kimberly Langdon CullMDUniversity-trained obstetrician / gynecologist with 19-years of clinical experience. She was awarded first-place for her senior research project. She delivered over 2000 babies to mothers in a suburban Midwestern community. She is Founder of Coologics, Inc. “The Self-Health Company”, a medical device company. She is the inventor of six patent-pending medical devices for both life-threatening and non-life-threatening conditions.
Meet the Team
They are the true heroes of the blog. Without their help life would be a lot harder.
Carol is our outreach and Communications Expert. She is gifted with people. She can easily figure out what makes people tick and talk to them so friendships are sparked in an instant. In her free time she’s a great Netflix addict. She has binge watched many shows like Game of Thrones and House of Cards.
Glen is our go to tech expert. He lives and breathes coding and we usually turn to him when we get an error message. Sometimes he frowns and sometimes types really fast and everything turns back to normal. Without him we would be calling frantically tech support every other day. Outside work he is a crypto enthusiast and a veteran gamer.
